A Better Way to Invest
We currently offer the following interest rates to our investors. These rates are fixed throughout the term and interest is paid quarterly. In addition, investors are entitled to an interest rate “kicker” of 10 5 of SaverNotes’ annual profits.

Interest Rate Kicker
We will distribute 10% of our “profits” annually as an additional interest rate kicker on all our notes. The additional interest will be paid pro rata, based on the actual number of days your note is outstanding during the applicable calendar year. The additional kicker will be paid within 30 days of our tax filing. Profits mean income received by us less interest expenses and all non-interest expenses related to our operations, including without limitation, reserves, office space, equipment, and furnishings, website, legal, accounting, consulting, and other general administrative expenses, as computed by us.
